Get to Know Me…

Hi! I’m Bree. The one thing you should know about me is… I may or may not have been obsessed with Snoop Dogg when he released his reggae album and became Snoop Lion. And thus, Bree Lion was born. (For the love of Snoop, I really hope someone is actually reading this part of my website.)

Some call me a free-spirit (I’m pretty sure it’s a huge compliment), but I think of myself more as a nature loving, curious soul with a taste for adventure, who really gives a shit about taking care of the world, my community and my well-being. I’ve been photographing weddings for a decade now, but I’ve loved photography since I can remember. The feeling of nostalgia you get when you’re looking through an old photo album brings me so much joy, and I hope to give you that same feeling when you look back through your wedding photos years and decades from now.

The couples I photograph aren’t afraid of going off the beaten trail (literally and metaphorically), want to be truly present with their loved ones on their wedding day and are not shy to wholeheartedly laugh (especially at my weird jokes) or cry (also maybe at my jokes??).

If you care about keeping our planet beautiful and spend your free time getting lost in nature, listening to good music or exploring new places, then we probably already have a lot in common. Most importantly, I’m sure you are an awesome human and you make the people around you feel warm & fuzzy.
